Autism in the workplace
Krystal-Bella Shaw shares insights into what autism is and what autism is not, stressing that every person is different anyway.
She points out to employers that hiring someone who is neurodiverse gives them someone who is able to think and feel differently, which is an advantage they should not miss out on. She also calls for employers not to hire someone because they have a disability, hire them because they will bring something different to the workforce. Why wouldn't they want that?
