We are thrilled to have been approached by Samantha Craft to publish the second edition of Everyday Aspergers, making a paperback version available worldwide rather than just in the US. The book is compiled from over 150 edited blog entries and appeals to a worldwide audience of autistic men and women, and their families. This Second Edition also includes additional material from the author’s life, including some of her carefully selected poetry.
This is the autobiography of a young man with Aspergers (autism), telling the tale of the author’s extraordinary outer and inner journeys to make sense of the world – his world – which is at the same time bravely honest, despairing and inspiring.
This picture book is a warming story of acceptance that some of us are different and like to do different things. While the book was specifically written to raise awareness of autism from the point of view of a young child, as it avoids labels it can be used to help open up a discussion with any young child about what it means to be different.
